RETURN & SIZE EXCHANGES
At Shameless Collective, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:
Returns and Refunds

15-Day Return Window
- You can return any item purchased from our store within 15 days of the delivery date of the last item of the order.

Return Shipping
- We offer return shipping for all orders.
- For orders made within mainland Spain, if you wish us to provide you a shipping label, please follow the instructions given in our returns & exchanges portal.
- For any other case, simply contact our customer service through hello@shamelesscollective.com or access your customer account portal to initiate the return process, and we will provide you further instructions.

Return Conditions
- Items purchased must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
- Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging.

Return Fees

- If you wish to make an exchange through our returns portal within mainland Spain, a shipping fee of €5 will apply.
- If you prefer to arrange the return yourself, or if you reside outside mainland Spain, please contact us at hello@shamelesscollective.com so we can provide you with further instructions to proceed with the return.
- Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded, and any customs duties or import taxes will be at the customer’s expense.

No Final Sale Items
- All items are eligible for return, as we do not have any final sale items.
Refund Process

Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. The refund process will begin immediately after the inspection.

Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as in the return process, specifying the request for an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Gift Returns
- If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team with the order information. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account portal
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. The original shipping cost will be refunded for full order returns; return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
This right does not apply to items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
