RETURN & SIZE EXCHANGES

At Shameless Collective, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:

Returns and Refunds

  1. 15-Day Return Window

    • You can return any item purchased from our store within 15 days of the delivery date.
  2. Return Shipping

    • We offer return shipping for all orders.
    • For orders made within mailand Spain, please follow the instructions given in our returns & exchanges portal.
    • For any other case, simply contact our customer service to initiate the return process, and we will provide you further instructions.
  3. Return Conditions

    • Items purchased must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
    • Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging.
  4. Return Fees

    • If you wish to make an exchange through our returns portal within mainland Spain, a fee of €5 will apply.
    • If you prefer to arrange the return yourself, or if you reside outside mainland Spain, please contact us at hello@shamelesscollective.com so we can provide you with further instructions to proceed with the return.
    • Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and any customs duties or import taxes will be at the customer’s expense.
  1. No Final Sale Items

    • All items are eligible for return, as we do not have any final sale items.

Refund Process

  1. Processing Time

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. The refund process will begin immediately after the inspection.
  2. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as in the return process, specifying the request for an exchange.
  • Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
  • Gift Returns

    • If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team with the order information. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit.
