RETURN AND EXCHANGES

SIZE CHANGES

Size exchanges are permitted. The deadline for requesting an exchange is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product at your home. If the deadline is exceeded, the exchange will not be accepted.

To request a size change, the procedure is very simple. You only have to send an email to hello@shamelesscollective.com attaching your order number and in a maximum of 24-48 working hours you will receive a reply explaining the process.

THE COST OF THE EXCHANGE, BOTH THERE AND BACK, WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

In the event that the buyer wants us to take care of the shipping procedures, the cost will be 12€.

* In the event that the exchange of the product is due to a defect, an image of the defect must be attached. Once verified, the exchange process will be communicated.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted. The deadline for requesting a return is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to your home. If the deadline is exceeded, the exchange will not be accepted.

To request a return the procedure is very simple. You only have to send an email to hello@shamelesscollective.com attaching your order number and in a maximum of 24-48 working hours you will receive a reply explaining the process.

We will not accept parcels with postage due or parcels that have not had their corresponding return processed by email. We will only accept items that have not been used and in their original packaging. We will not accept items in poor condition, used or without their original packaging.

RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

In the event that the buyer wants us to take care of the shipping procedures, the cost will be 8€.

* In the event that the return of the product is due to a defect in it, you must attach a picture of the damage. Once verified, the return process will be communicated.

MONEY REFUND AFTER RETURN

Once the product arrives at our offices we will verify that everything is correct and you will be refunded the cost of the product you have purchased, in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The refund process takes from 1 to 15 working days from the moment the package is received at our facilities. It is possible that the refund process for Paypal orders may take a little longer.

MYSTERY BOXES

Once you purchase any product from our shop called Mystery Box or Mystery Pack, you agree that you cannot request exchanges or refunds on your order. Shipping costs and delivery times are the same as for other products.
