RETURN & SIZE EXCHANGES

Returns and size exchanges are permitted. Items purchased from Shameless must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 15 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund.

To request a return or size exchange, the procedure is very simple. You only have to follow this link. Exchanges are only available for orders from mainland Spain. For orders outside the aforementioned country, please contact hello@shamelesscollective.com with your order number.
